By purchasing from Art by Ann Lang Mun Co, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

Orders & Production
All prints are custom and made-to-order. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, production begins and orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.

Shipping
We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Intellectual Property
All artwork, photography, and designs sold through Art by Ann Lang Mun Co are the original work of Ann Lang Mun Co and remain her intellectual property. Purchases grant personal use only. Reproduction, resale, or commercial use of any artwork without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Returns & Reprints
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. We do not accept returns, but we will reprint and replace any order that arrives damaged or with a print quality issue.

Limitation of Liability
Art by Ann Lang Mun Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to process and fulfill your order. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
