Processing Time
All prints are custom and made-to-order. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We ship within the United States via standard carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days after shipment. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future — check back for updates.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Ann@artbyannlangmunco.com with a photo of the damage and we will make it right. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you catch an error, contact us immediately at Ann@artbyannlangmunco.com and we will do our best to correct it before production begins.
